Attn all,

Thinking over the information that was presented to us yesterday, i like to advise that the whole situation with PR and INAIC have made me feel very uncomfortable.

The conclusion is that Xennt has been forced to accept a certain change in the setup of the organisation, this change is made by Martijn, not based on what was mutual agreed between the two or three people involved. This is besides the question if the reason for this decision is right or wrong, the question is if the used method is morally correct or not.

My feeling is that the method used is not correct, time pressure or not, Xennt had to accept clear motivated arguments from PR / INAIC and if necessary UNIDT to come to the decision to basically step back from his proposed position.

We have created an atmosphere that is not the atmosphere i like to work in, because i strongly believe in `what comes around goes around` and from Xennt´s recieved information it showed it has been a power-play over the last weeks, also about the position of UNIDT.

The great things about this project was that we where able to work with people i trusted and of whom i believed could be a big asset for the company. We where aware about the lack of organisation and professionalism by Xennt and his not existing team, though he allowed us also to start in the way we started without any barrier and we where commercially reconsider his position lately.

Conclusion is that it is very difficult to support the created situation unless;

All agreements between UNIDT, Public-Root and INAIC (or new organisation) are reviewed and completed to secure our commercial interest.

We know the commercial bad and good guy trick very well, it is now to Martijn and Joe to re-ensure that you can work as a team with Xennt and with us, we should team-up and try to find a working situation of trust.

If not, believe me, we have to inform the market, our customers, relations, the press and staff that we found out that we where mislead by the management of INAIC and PR about their organisation and their none commercial structure and we will make PR - INAIC responsible for the damage caused, we also show responsibility to all by confirming being to naive when starting the project as we started it.

Sorry to bring it this way but better stop it while we can still oversee the consequence, than wait until the damage will be so enormous and destroying our name for good in the market. Better stand for a certain moral standard of doing business without pretending being a moral freak than just following the presented methods.
