you be so kind to handover and eventually translate the following letter to Mr.
G. Green. Again Joe Baptista and myself would be available to meet Mr. Green, in
order to provide him with the correct information regarding what is happening
and what has happened. Both Joe and I respect Mr. Green's opinion highly, as we
see him incremental because of the fact that he is the sparc that initiated the
relationship between Marcel Bor, Herman Xennt, Unidt and Public-Root. There is
full transparancy and honesty in what both Joe and I are doing, and there
is nothing hidden. Evreything said by us in this letter can be seen as our
personal commitment to solve the current situation, especially the fact that we
are only trying to help Xennt solve his personal, and business problems, on
financial, organisational and legal aspects. Nobody can, with all respect,
expect from us that we are the ones liable and Xennt can do whatever he thinks
is right.
We

Xennt,
Hierbij stuur ik jou op basis van de eerder deze
week gehouden gesprekken een brief. In deze brief zetten Joe Baptista
en ikzelf duidelijk ons standpunt uiteen m.b.t. de manier waarop wij jou willen
helpen, de chaos die jij hebt gecreeerd op het persoonlijke alsook zakelijke
vlak, inzake financieen, organisatie alsook juridisch op te lossen.
Het is ons commitment en vertrouwen in jou als
collega en zakenpartner wat de leidraad heeft gevormt tot het opstellen van deze
brief.
Zoals reeds telefonisch met jou besproken is er
maar 1 weg die kan leiden tot succes voor ons allemaal en dat is de weg van
eerlijkheid en oprechtheid.
Het doet ons zeer dat jij ons ten onrechte
afschilderd als zouden wij slechte bedoelingen hebben. In dit verhaal zijn er
geen individuele (ge)winnaars, maar zijn wij slechts met zijn allen collectieve
verliezers. Neem de tijd om onze "helpende hand" brief uitvoerig te bestuderen
en wij hopen op korte termijn met jou rond te tafel te kunnen zitten om
onze besprekingen voort te zetten.
