Joe (and the group),



I have sought to avoid this decision, and have been carefully reviewing the

discussion and "facts" as best I can at each step.  I make my decision based

on *my* view of the situation, not based on any other person's decision to

remain or resign.



Joe, you and I discussed at length much of the situation as it now stands.

I also had a discussion with Martijn Burger in this regard.  My statement at

the time was that I would support your collective efforts so long as all

information was forthcoming and presented in a manner allowing me to

understand that progress was being made.  I have, to date, seen *some*

information, much confusion, many accusations on both sides, potentially

slanderous banter from both sides, inflammatory threats, and an extreme lack

of professionalism.



There are too many ulterior motives in this situation for me to continue

participation in any manner.



Therefore, I hereby tender my resignation from the council, effective

immediately.  



- Please remove me from this distribution list immediately.

- Please remove my council information, photo and all references to my

participation from all INAIC, Public-Root, UNIDT and any other sites

immediately.

- Please remove my council login from the council website.

- Please de-activate my council email immediately.



I wish you all the best of luck in all future endeavors.
